IT infrastructure — server, network, hosting, mail and unified network

Duration
4–12 weeks
01

What you get

  1. 01

    Network and server architecture document

Diagrams plus written rationale for every piece — why this firewall, why this VLAN structure, why this server sizing. Specific to the business, not a template.

  2. 02

Office network — wired and Wi-Fi

Switching, structured cabling, segmented Wi-Fi (staff, guest, IoT), unified management. Built so a new desk takes five minutes to provision, not a callout.

  3. 03

    Servers, storage and backup

On-premise where data residency requires it (most Baku financial and government work), or hybrid with ANS Hosting / a Baku-region cloud. Daily encrypted backups, monthly restore drills — not just 'backups configured'.

  4. 04

    Mail server and corporate email

Self-hosted (Mailcow, Mailu) or Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 — chosen on cost, control and compliance, not on what the vendor pushes. SPF, DKIM, DMARC configured correctly so your domain does not land in spam.

  5. 05

    Unified monitoring

Single dashboard showing servers, services, backups, certificates, uplinks. Alerts to the right people in the right channel — not a wall of unread emails.

How we approach it

1. Site survey and audit

We walk the office, document what is there (cables, switches, servers, internet uplinks), interview the people who actually use it, and identify what hurts daily. No quotes before this is done.

2. Design and procurement

Architecture document with named hardware and software. Procurement through trusted suppliers — we do not mark up hardware, we share the supplier invoice.

3. Build and migrate

Implementation in stages so the business keeps running. Cutovers happen on agreed evenings or weekends, with rollback plans documented before, not invented at 2am.

4. Handover and support

Documentation, credentials in a real password manager, training for whoever owns IT internally. Monthly retainer for ongoing care, or pure one-time delivery — your call.

When not to hire us for this

  • You have under 10 staff and one office router — you do not need IT infrastructure work, you need a good local installer and ANS Hosting.
  • You want the cheapest possible network — we use enterprise-grade equipment (UniFi, MikroTik CCR-class, Cisco where required) and refuse to ship consumer hardware to a business.
  • Compliance and audit are not concerns — if you do not care about logs, backups or recovery, we are not the right fit; you can buy hardware off a marketplace.
  • You want to keep an outdated Windows Server because it 'still works' — we will recommend replacement; if you refuse, this is not the project for us.

Frequently asked questions

Do you set up servers and office networks in Baku?

Yes — on-site, with our own cabling and configuration team. We cover most of the Greater Baku and Sumqayit area on a single mobilisation; further regions are quoted with travel.

On-premise or cloud?

Depends on the business. Financial services, government adjacent work, and businesses with strict data residency stay on-premise or on ANS Hosting in Baku. SaaS, marketing and B2B businesses usually go cloud or hybrid. We decide after the audit.

Do you handle mail server hosting?

Yes. Either self-hosted Mailcow or Mailu on a server you own, or managed Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 — including the deliverability configuration most Baku setups skip (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reverse DNS).

How much does IT infrastructure setup cost?

Office network for 20–50 staff with proper switching, segmented Wi-Fi, server and backup is typically 15,000–45,000 AZN of one-time work plus hardware at cost. Larger deployments are scoped individually.

Do you provide ongoing support after setup?

Optionally, yes — a monthly retainer with a defined response SLA, monitoring, patching and on-call. If you have an internal IT lead, we hand everything over and step out.

Brand is Phase 0. Site, product, and product design follow. If you're ready to start, send a short brief.
