Security systems — CCTV, turnstiles and biometric access, wired into ERP
What you get
-
CCTV system, designed and installed
Hikvision, Dahua or Axis cameras, placed where they actually cover the risk — not where they look impressive in the meeting room. NVR sized for the retention period your industry requires.
-
Access control — turnstiles and biometric readers
Fingerprint, face or RFID — chosen per zone. Turnstile or magnetic-lock doors. Integrated so a single staff record controls building access, time-and-attendance and ERP user account.
-
ERP integration
Access events flow into the ERP — entry and exit times feed time-and-attendance, payroll, and (where relevant) shop-floor labour costing. No double data entry.
-
Remote viewing and alerts
Live camera view and motion alerts on phones for authorised staff. Alerts routed by zone and time-of-day rules, not 'every motion, 24/7'.
-
Recording, retention and handover documentation
Storage sized for legally required retention (typically 30 days minimum for commercial premises in Azerbaijan). Operator training, written runbook for incident export, named contact for emergency support.
How we approach it
1. Risk and site survey
We walk the site, map every entry, blind spot, asset and exposure. Cameras are placed by risk, not by symmetry. We agree what you are actually trying to prevent before we count lenses.
2. Design and equipment selection
Specification document with named camera models, locations, fields of view, storage, network. Equipment is mid-to-high-grade — Hikvision Pro / Dahua Ultra / Axis. We do not install no-name cameras.
3. Installation
Cabling, mounting, NVR setup, network configuration, turnstile and reader installation. Done in stages so the premises keep operating; out-of-hours work where access is restricted.
4. ERP integration and handover
Access control linked to ERP user records, time-and-attendance live, alerts configured per zone. Operator training plus a 30-day support window after go-live.
When not to hire us for this
- You only need two cameras at a small shop — a good local installer is faster and cheaper, and we will tell you that.
- You want cameras 'for the look' but no real recording or response — security theatre is not what we do.
- You want to integrate with software that has no API or open protocol — we will refuse on principle; closed black boxes age badly.
- You need it installed by next week for a one-off event — proper security installation is a 3–8 week engagement.
Work from this service
-
B2B catalogue site that grows real enquiries — Ctoffice.az
CT Office sells to procurement teams, not end consumers. The old site was structured for the wrong buyer. We rebuilt the catalogue and SEO around the B2B purchase path — and inbound enquiries grew steadily through the engagement.

Fully automated operations for a manufacturing business
Manufacturing flow — warehouse, planning, purchasing, assembly, sales — was run on disconnected boards. We automated the entire chain end to end so that no manual step remains between order intake and delivery.

End-to-end IT and business infrastructure for BYD Motors Baku
BYD's official distributor in Azerbaijan was scaling a national dealer network and needed every back-office layer to scale with it. We co-led a multi-year build covering servers, security, ERP, the call centre, the public website, and SE…
Frequently asked questions
How much does CCTV installation cost in Baku?
A serious commercial installation — 10 to 20 cameras, NVR, network, mounting and configuration — typically runs 6,000–18,000 AZN including hardware at supplier price. Larger sites and biometric access scale from there.
What CCTV brands do you install?
Mostly Hikvision Pro and Dahua Ultra for the price-to-quality balance most Azerbaijani businesses need. Axis where compliance, image quality or longevity matters more than budget. We do not install consumer no-name cameras.
Do you do biometric access control?
Yes — fingerprint, face and RFID, integrated with turnstiles or magnetic-lock doors. The same access events feed time-and-attendance in the ERP, so you stop maintaining two systems.
Can the security cameras be viewed from a phone?
Yes. Each authorised user gets a mobile app with role-based access — staff see their zone, managers see all zones. Motion alerts are configurable per zone and time.
How long do you store recordings?
Default is 30 days, which covers most commercial requirements in Azerbaijan. Sites with regulatory requirements (financial, manufacturing, government-adjacent) go to 60–90 days and we size storage accordingly.
