A construction company site that reads like a portfolio, not a brochure
Aytaş İnşaat is a Baku construction firm. The previous site read like every other contractor — same boilerplate, same stock photography. We rebuilt it around the actual work: current projects, completed buildings, real client contact.

Starting point
Most construction sites read the same: a hero with a hard hat, a vague "about us", and a list of services that says nothing about the actual work. The client wanted to be the exception — a site that showed what they'd built and what they were building now.
This is a category where every visitor has already seen the same site fifteen times. If your site looks like the others, you've already lost the comparison. The opportunity was simple: actually look like the work.
Decisions
- The portfolio is the home page, not a hidden sub-page.
- Real photography of completed work — no stock images.
- Service list written in plain language — what they do, in the order they do it.
- Contact direct to the people responsible, not a contact-us form that goes nowhere.
- News module for ongoing projects — buyers want to see momentum, not a static history.
Execution
A lightweight CMS for projects and news. Performance optimised for the gallery — large images are non-negotiable in this domain, but loading them well isn't.
The hardest practical work was the photography pipeline. Real construction sites don't produce gallery-ready photos by default; we set up a simple capture-and-publish workflow the team can run themselves.
“A construction firm's portfolio is its credibility. Hiding it three clicks deep is a self-inflicted wound.”

Result
- A site that reads as the work, not as marketing of the work.
- Project gallery the team adds to as new buildings finish.
- Direct contact line — leads land in the right inbox.
- The team adds new projects without us — the site stays current.
