Mobile app and brand identity for a consumer product
Chawinjo is a consumer brand — fashion-adjacent, design-aware. We delivered the native mobile app and the brand identity system that lets the product breathe across surfaces.

Starting point
Consumer brands live or die on the texture of their experience. The mobile app is often the closest the brand ever gets to the customer, so it has to carry the identity at the same density as packaging.
Consumer brands collapse when the interaction texture stops matching the packaging. Customers feel the inconsistency before they can name it, and the brand quietly loses ground.
Decisions
- Identity system first, then mobile against it.
- Native app — interaction texture is part of the brand.
- Catalogue browsing as the centre, with discovery features built around it.
- Interaction details treated seriously — every transition, every loading state, every empty state on-brand.
Execution
React Native for the app, identity system delivered as a Figma library with a written guide.
Brand library and component library aligned. The mobile app inherits the visual system directly rather than approximating it.
“Customers feel the inconsistency between the packaging and the app before they can name it. That's where brands quietly lose ground.”
— Elvin Sharifov
Result
- App and brand shipping as one coherent surface.
- Identity system the team can extend into new products.
- Native interaction quality that matches the rest of the brand.
- App and physical product feel like the same brand — customers don't have to switch contexts.
