Full IT and business stack for the YUSİKO industrial group
YUSİKO operates across multiple production sites and needed one IT and business stack rather than a folder of disconnected vendors. We delivered the data server, security systems, ERP, the call centre, the website and SEO — every layer running on a single unified network.

Starting point
YUSİKO had grown into a group with operations across multiple sites, and the IT picture had grown with it — but unevenly. Different vendors had touched different layers, the perimeter was inconsistent, and the executive team did not have one place to read the numbers. Replacing one vendor at a time would have repeated the problem.
The brief was to consolidate. One studio, two leads — Bəhram İbadov on infrastructure and security, Elvin Şərifov on the operational and customer-facing layers — and one programme that touched every layer of the stack.
Decisions
- Consolidate the network first — every site, the head office, and the call centre were brought onto one routed network with consistent security policy.
- Data server under one ownership — group data, production records, and reporting consolidated on a hardened tier we operate, not scattered across third-party services.
- ERP as the executive view — production, sales, finance, and reporting brought into one ERP instance so leadership reads one set of numbers.
- Call centre on the same identity layer — inbound calls, agent authentication, and routing tied to the same directory as the rest of the company.
- Website and SEO operated as a product — the public surface is structured around the group's actual offer and tuned continuously, not rebuilt every cycle.
Execution
The programme was sequenced to avoid a "big bang" cutover: network and data server first, then security and ERP, then the call centre, then the website and SEO. Each layer was specified, deployed, documented, and handed over with an internal owner before we moved on. The studio remained the long-term operator for the layers that benefit from continuous tuning — the network, the security posture, and the public-facing surface.
"Consolidating a group's IT estate is mostly about saying no to the second copy of every system. One network, one data tier, one ERP — and then the rest fits."

Result
- One routed network across every site, head office, and the call centre.
- Data tier under single ownership — segmented, hardened, documented.
- ERP as a single executive view — production and finance in one place.
- Call centre on the group's identity — no parallel access list.
- Public surface tuned continuously — site and SEO operated as a long-running product.
