Local lead flow for an out-of-home advertising agency — Turanreklam.az
Turanreklam needed a public site and a search programme that brought in real local enquiries rather than international noise. We built both — and the inbound funnel started carrying real weight inside the first quarter.

Starting point
Out-of-home advertising is a market where the buyer often knows exactly what they want — a route, a panel, a campaign window. The old site didn't speak that language. It described the agency, not the inventory, and it ranked for the wrong queries.
The brief was a focused web and SEO project. Elvin Şərifov led the redesign and search programme; Bəhram İbadov provided the DevOps backing so hosting and performance stayed out of the way.
Decisions
- Speak to the buyer's actual queries — page structure was reorganised around the searches the agency actually wins, not generic "advertising agency" terms.
- Local intent above everything — geo, language, and structured data were tuned so the site was unambiguously an Azerbaijan business in Google's eyes.
- Performance budgets enforced — fast on real devices; image and font policy defined up front.
- Inbound funnel measured — analytics and contact forms were instrumented so the agency could see what is actually working.
Execution
Six weeks from kickoff. Research and IA in the first week, design and build in the next four, technical SEO and content polish in the last. The site shipped clean, indexable, and measurable. The leads followed.
"A B2B services site lives or dies on whether the buyer reads the first screen and recognises themselves. We rewrote it until they did."

- Local intent unambiguous — geo, language, and structured data aligned.
- Performance budgets enforced on real devices.
- Inbound funnel instrumented — the agency now sees what is working.
