One-stack IT and business infrastructure for Qartal Construction

Qartal Construction needed sales, site operations, and finance to run on one platform, not on three. We delivered the data server, security systems, ERP, the call centre, the website and SEO — on one unified network, under one ownership.

Starting point

Qartal Construction had the operational weight of an active developer — multiple sites, a growing sales team, an accounting function — and a stack that hadn't kept up. Different tools held different parts of the truth, the perimeter was inconsistent, and the public-facing surface was thinner than the business deserved.

The brief was a multi-phase consolidation. Bəhram İbadov led the infrastructure side — network, data server, security systems. Elvin Şərifov led the ERP, the call centre, the website, and SEO. One team, one programme, one accountable result.

Decisions

  1. One routed network — sites, head office, sales, and the call centre were brought onto the same network with consistent security policy.
  2. Data server under company ownership — sales pipelines, contracts, and operational records consolidated on a hardened tier we operate.
  3. ERP as the executive view — sales, site operations, and finance run through one ERP instance so the leadership reads one set of numbers.
  4. Call centre wired into the pipeline — inbound enquiries land as ERP records, agent identity matched to the rest of the team.
  5. Website and SEO operated as a product — the public surface is structured and tuned continuously, not rebuilt every cycle.

Execution

Programme sequenced in waves: network and data server first, then security and ERP, then the call centre, then the website and SEO. Each wave landed with documentation, an internal owner, and a handover. The studio stayed on as long-term operator for the layers that benefit from continuous tuning — network, security posture, and the public-facing surface.

"A construction company that runs on three stacks pays the difference twice: once in licences and once in reconciliation. One stack, one team, one truth — that's the only fix that survives."
— Elvin Şərifov + Bəhram İbadov

Result

  • One routed network across sites, head office, and the call centre.
  • Data tier under company ownership — segmented, hardened, documented.
  • ERP as a single executive view — sales, operations, and finance reconciled.
  • Call centre tied to the pipeline — inbound enquiries land as ERP records.
  • Public surface tuned continuously — site and SEO operated as a long-running product.
