ERP implementation — one platform for your business processes
What you get
-
Configured ERP system, live in production
We implement Odoo, ERPNext or a custom-built ERP, depending on the business. The system runs on infrastructure you control — either a local server or a Baku-region cloud — not as a black box on someone else's tenant.
-
Modules wired to your actual processes
Sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, accounting, HR — only the modules you need, configured around how your team actually works. Generic out-of-the-box installs are why most ERP projects in Azerbaijan fail.
-
Migration of real data
Customer records, product catalogue, opening balances, historical transactions where useful. Cleaned and reconciled before go-live, not on go-live morning.
-
Role-based access and audit log
Each user role sees only what they should — warehouse cannot see margins, sales cannot edit accounting entries. Every change is logged with user and timestamp.
-
Training in AZ and RU
Documented training sessions per role — accountant, warehouse, sales, manager. Recorded for onboarding new hires. Plus a written runbook for the first month of edge cases.
How we approach it
1. Process mapping
Two to four weeks of sitting with the team — accounting, warehouse, sales — to document how work actually flows today. The map of the current state determines whether the ERP can be configured or has to be customised.
2. Platform selection and configuration
We pick the right base — Odoo, ERPNext or a custom stack — based on the maps. Then we configure modules to match. No 'best practice' templates imposed where they fight the business.
3. Data migration in a staging environment
Real data is migrated and reconciled in staging. Accounting balances must match the previous system to the manat before we even discuss go-live.
4. Pilot with one team
One team — usually warehouse or sales — runs live on the new system for two weeks while the old system runs in parallel. Bugs and process gaps are caught with real transactions, not test data.
5. Cutover and hypercare
Full cutover on an agreed date, with the old system kept read-only for reference. We are on-site or on-call daily for the first two weeks after go-live.
When not to hire us for this
- You do not have someone internally who owns ERP — without an internal champion, ERP implementation fails regardless of how good the vendor is.
- You want the ERP to fix processes you have not defined — software automates clarity, it does not create it.
- You expect a 4-week project — serious ERP implementation in Baku is 8–24 weeks, no exceptions.
- Your real need is one operations dashboard, not full ERP — that is a much smaller, cheaper engagement.
Work from this service
-
A full ERP for education — from academics to finance
From admissions to academic records, from teacher schedules to financial reporting — every flow in one platform. We replaced Excel and disconnected boards with a unified system, including a parent portal and payment integration.
-
Fully automated operations for a manufacturing business
Manufacturing flow — warehouse, planning, purchasing, assembly, sales — was run on disconnected boards. We automated the entire chain end to end so that no manual step remains between order intake and delivery.
-
B2B catalogue site that grows real enquiries — Ctoffice.az
CT Office sells to procurement teams, not end consumers. The old site was structured for the wrong buyer. We rebuilt the catalogue and SEO around the B2B purchase path — and inbound enquiries grew steadily through the engagement.
Frequently asked questions
What ERP system do you implement in Azerbaijan?
Most often Odoo or ERPNext — both are open source, both run on infrastructure you own, both have full Russian and reasonable Azerbaijani localisation. For large manufacturers we sometimes build custom on a modern stack. We do not resell SAP or 1C.
How much does ERP implementation cost?
A realistic range for a Baku mid-market business is 25,000–120,000 AZN depending on number of modules, users and amount of customisation. Open-source license fees are zero — what you pay for is configuration, customisation, integration and training.
How long does ERP implementation take?
Eight to twenty-four weeks. The variable is not the software — it is how clean the existing processes are. Businesses with documented workflows finish in 8–12 weeks; businesses figuring it out as they go are at the 20+ end.
Can the ERP integrate with our existing 1C accounting?
Yes, where it makes sense. Many Baku businesses keep 1C for statutory reporting while running operations in Odoo or ERPNext. We build the integration once and reconcile nightly.
Do you host the ERP for us?
Yes, optionally — on ANS Hosting or another Azerbaijan-based provider so data stays local, or on AWS Frankfurt if the business case calls for it. You can also host it yourself; we will hand over the deployment scripts.
